Principal’s Message

Brookshire Elementary School Principal

Greetings Bulldogs! Welcome back to another great year at Brookshire! As your principal, l want to let you know that I am honored to be able to serve the parents, community, teachers, and students of Brookshire Elementary. Brookshire is rich in tradition and success, and I am very excited to be the leader of our community school. My goal as the principal of Brookshire is to ensure we have continued success and grow our students into model scholars and citizens, while having some fun! This is accomplished through enrichment programs for all students that attend Brookshire, and I am confident we can build upon past successes this year! Our focus this year is to continue and improve the following initiatives:

► Academically challenge ALL students

► Implement Literacy, math, and other family nights

► Extend Character Ed opportunities

► Student of the Week celebrations through character building

► Ensure all students have the opportunity for success

Of course the student experience at Brookshire is enhanced through the support of the community. Parents, family members, teachers, Partners In Education (PIE), and our amazingly supportive PTA all need to work as one to ensure the success of the students attending Brookshire Elementary.

I am looking forward to building positive relationships with all of you!

Warmest Regards,

Bethany Ledesma

Principal
