Dear Parents, Guardians, and the Brookshire Community,

It is with incredible excitement and pride that I write to you as the new Principal of Brookshire ES. I am truly honored to take the helm of such a vibrant, dedicated, and welcoming community.

As we embark on this new chapter together, I want to share a bit about my core philosophy as an educator and leader. My approach to education is built on three foundational pillars:

  • Relationships First: I firmly believe that meaningful learning begins with strong relationships. My priority is to ensure that every student feels safe, valued, seen, and supported the moment they walk through our doors.

  • Academic Success: We are committed to fostering a culture of high expectations and academic excellence. Every child has unique talents, and our goal is to provide a rigorous, engaging curriculum that challenges and inspires them to reach their full potential.

  • Open Communication: Trust is built through transparency. My door is always open to you. I value your feedback, your ideas, and your insights, and I am committed to keeping an active, honest, and ongoing dialogue with our families.

The Home-School Connection

If there is one thing I know to be true, it is that success is very difficult when home and school are not in sync with one another. You are your child’s first and most important teacher, and we cannot do this vital work without you. When we work as a team—sharing insights, celebrating victories, and navigating challenges together—there is no limit to what our students can achieve.

I am eager to get to know each of you and your children over the school year! Please feel free to reach out, say hello at drop-off, or stop by during our upcoming school events. Together, we are going to make this an extraordinary school year!

Thank you for entrusting us with your children. Let’s make it a great year!
